COVID-19 TRAINING UPDATE: Thank you for your interest in our training program. We believe it is our social responsibility to increase prevention measures and protect our clients, staff, and community members from further exposure. We have made the difficult decision to cancel our face-to-face trainings effective 3/19/20 and refunds have been issued accordingly. As we remain dedicated to health and safety measures, we will continue to take direction from the state. We will reopen our training program once the physical distancing restrictions are lifted and we are certain that we can provide face-to-face trainings in a safe and effective manner. We recognize the importance of continuing education during this time and will continue to explore virtual options. Advanced notice is required to attend. Please note that not all trainings are open to the public due to content specific to MOPS clinical staff. All trainings will take place in the agency’s Columbus office at 2238 S. Hamilton Road, Suite 200, Columbus, Ohio 43232.
If you would like to register for a training please register through Eventbrite. You may cancel your registration any time up to one business day prior to and receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellation made with less than one business day notice. Agencies are welcome to send a substitute participant in place of a registered participant if a registered participant cannot attend. In the event that a training is cancelled by MOPS due to inclement weather, health of the presenter, etc. you will receive a full refund or a credit for a future workshop, whichever you desire. Payment can be made before the training day or the morning of training. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to training if payment is being made the morning of the training. Accepted payment forms include check, cash, and Visa/Master Card. A confirmation email will be sent to registered participants within 24 hours of registering for the training. The training participant will receive a personal CE certificate form with their name on it and signed by the program administrator. Mid-Ohio Psychological Services has been approved as a CE provider by the Ohio Psychological Association (#311358292) and the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage and Family Therapy Board (RCS060502). We are approved to provide CEU credits for Psychologists, Counselors, and Social Workers. We make every effort to accommodate persons with disabilities.
