QA Reports (Quality Assurance Reports) summarize the agency’s monthly internal review of clinical services. Each reports summarizes the results of Client Records Review, Peer Review, Utilization Review Professional Staff Organization Review, and the Safety and Infection Control Review. Additionally, various focused reviews are conducted and reported on in the QA Reports.
Board Minutes reflect the activities of the MOPS board of directors. The Board of Directors meet every other month and are responsible for overseeing the activities of the agency.
Survey Results reflect the outcome of various surveys conducted by the agency. These surveys typically reflect clients, referral sources, and agency staff’s perception of the agency.
