Kimberly Blair, MA, PCC-S
Kimberly Blair, M.A., PCC-S is the Executive Director of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. She supervises clinical and administrative staff including senior supervisors at the agency. Ms. Blair has extensive experience with office and community based mental health intervention with adults, families, and youth. Ms. Blair provides formal psychological evaluation and testing services for the agency. Over the past 10 years, she has successfully worked with the court system and the child welfare system to establish and implement mental health services that empower individuals and families to enhance their own well-being. Scott Craft, Ph.D., Psychologist
Scott A. Craft, Ph.D. earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. Dr. Craft has worked in community mental health for over 15 years. His work has involved providing mental health treatment services to individuals with multi-systemic needs, including adults and teenagers. Dr. Craft has specialized in treatment services for individuals with sexually aggressive behavior and individuals with serious mental illness. Dr. Craft currently serves as a site supervisor in the Lancaster clinic, and continues to provide direct clinical services, supervision, and administrative oversight.
Erin Davis, Ph.D., Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellow
Erin Davis, Ph.D., Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellow is the Evaluation Program Coordinator for Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. Dr. Davis holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in Los Angeles, California. She has over 12 years of training in working with developmentally delayed, physically disabled, and severely emotional individuals in home, clinic, and residential settings. She also has extensive experience as a clinician working with adults, families, and youths. Additionally, Dr. Davis has training in conducting formalized assessments and provides psychological testing services for the agency.
Bradley Hedges, Ph.D., PCC-S, Psychologist
Brad Hedges has approximately 30 years of experience in the mental health field, having worked in a variety of environments including prisons, youth institutions, transitional housing facilities, and has spent the bulk of his career serving as the director of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services. Through his role as Director of MOPS, he has supervised over 350 staff over his tenure, including administrative staff and a full range of clinical staff. Dr. Hedges has specialized in the assessment and treatment of a variety of forensic populations, with a special interest in addressing issues of sexual pathology. He has consulted extensively throughout the State in assisting communities find effective ways of managing sexually abusive behavior, and has served on a variety of State and community level committees to address this issue. Claire Robitaille, Ph.D., Psychologist
Claire Robitaille, Ph.D., Psychologist has over 30 years of experience in the fields of education and mental health and currently coordinates the training program for Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Inc. Dr. Robitaille has practiced in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health agencies, private practice, and residential programs. In addition to her clinical work, she has experience with clinical supervision and consultation, program and staff development and training and education at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Miranda Zircher, M.S., PCC-S
Miranda Zircher, M.S., PCC-S, is a Site Supervisor in the Lancaster Office. Ms. Zircher obtained her Masters of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. Ms. Zircher has eight years of experience working in community mental health with adults, families, and youth. Ms. Zircher supervises clinical staff at the agency and specializes in working with survivors of abuse.

Erin Upchurch
Erin Upchurch, LISW-S, CTP is a community activist and educator who believes in the power of conversation and relationship building as the foundations for real change. She is an experienced facilitator of conversations and trainings on diversity and inclusion; and is passionate about visibility and representation for marginalized and minority communities.
In 2012, Erin was selected to be included in the inaugural publication of Who’s Who in GLBT Columbus, and again in 2013 where she was honored as an Interesting Personality. Additionally in 2013, she was presented with the LGBT Superhero Award. Erin has been featured on All Sides with Ann Fisher, a speaker at 2015 TEDx Columbus Women, and is a recipient of the 2015 Health Impact Leader Award presented by the Greater Columbus LGBTQ Health Coalition.
Bill Hegarty
Deputy Director/Investigations for Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapy Board
William L. Hegarty is originally from Hagaman, New York and lived all over the East Coast as his father was in the US Marine Corps. In 1984 Bill was named as a Parliamentary Intern in the British House of Commons, London, England where he was the principle assistant to a Member of Parliament working on European Union issues. Bill graduated in 1986 from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor of arts in Political Science/International Relations. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia in 1990. Bill is licensed to practice law in Georgia, in all US military courts and the United States Court of Military Review.
Upon graduating law school, Bill was commissioned in the United States Air Force where he served as a Judge Advocate General. He was stationed for three years in Oxfordshire, Great Britain where he was responsible for criminal litigation, administrative actions, and environmental compliance. He also served as an official U.S. Trial Observer in the British Magistrates Court. In 1993, Captain Hegarty was stationed at Scott Air Force Base outside of St. Louis, Missouri, where he was responsible for all administrative hearings and case preparation. He retired as a Major from the US Air Force Reserves in 2012 after serving for 22 years.
Bill moved to Columbus in December 1994 and began working for the Ohio Department of Administrative Services as a Minority Business Contract Compliance Officer. Bill became the Investigative Supervisor of the Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board in August 1996 where he is responsible for a staff of two investigators. Bill manages the numerous complaints the Board receives, assigns investigations to individual staff, carries his own caseload, routinely makes presentations to national associations, educational institutions and private agencies with regard to ethics in the fields of counseling and social work, and, working with the Assistant Attorney General, prepares cases for administrative hearings. He also is responsible for all public records requests and answers questions with regards to ethical concerns. He was promoted to Deputy Director in December 2003.
Mary Lewis
Mary Lewis knew she was destined for work in psychology and gerontology from a very early age, and has focused on that track throughout her education and career. She received her BS in Psychology from Kansas State University, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Akron. She also earned a Gerontology Graduate Certificate from the University of Akron. She is a licensed psychologist in Ohio, and has provided psychological services in outpatient settings, a veteran’s hospital, skilled rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, assisted living housing, and continuing care retirement communities to both older adults and younger individuals with chronic medical and mental health conditions.
Teaching has always been a passion for Dr. Lewis. She started teaching in 1993 as a teaching apprentice at Kansas State University, and taught multiple courses while in graduate school at the University of Akron. She joined CSCC in 2004 as adjunct faculty, and now is a full-time professor. In 2007, she won the CSCC Distinguished Teaching Award. Her professional and research interests include social responsibility and social justice issues, end-of-life concerns for individuals with dementia, and emotional and cognitive well-being in older adults.
