Employees Subject to Testing: Under Mid-Ohio Psychological Services Inc.’s drug testing policy, prospective employees will be asked to submit to a drug-screening test. No prospective employee will be asked to submit to testing unless an offer of employment has been made. An offer of Mid-Ohio Psychological Services Inc., however, is conditioned on the prospective employee testing negative for drugs. Agency employees may also be asked to submit to a drug-screening test or breathalyzer test if there is reasonable suspicion that the employee is abusing drugs or alcohol.

These may include alcohol on the breath, unusually slurred speech, lapses in performance, inability to respond to questions and physical symptoms of alcohol or drug influences.
Tested Substances: Mid-Ohio Psychological Services Inc.’s drug screening program is limited to testing for Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiapenes, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates, Phencyclidine, Propoxcence, and Methadone, and Methaqualone, which are the 10-panels of the drug screen. Other substances will be tested if there is reasonable suspicion that a substance is being used.
